Can I switch between tiers?
Absolutely. Most businesses start with Foundation and move up as things get more complex. We'll let you know when we think it makes sense to change, but the decision's yours. Give us 30 days' notice and we'll handle the transition.
What happens if I need more than what's included?
We're flexible. Sometimes you need extra support during a major decision or expansion phase. We charge AUD 300 per hour for additional work, billed in 15-minute increments. But honestly, if you're consistently needing more, it probably means you should move to the next tier.
How quickly can we start?
Usually within a week of your first payment. We'll schedule an initial session to understand where you are, then build out your framework from there. For Enterprise clients, we might need two weeks to get the full team aligned.
Do you work with businesses outside NSW?
Yes. Most of our work happens remotely anyway, so location doesn't matter much. We have clients across Australia and a few in New Zealand. As long as you're comfortable with video calls and digital collaboration, we're good.
What if this doesn't work out?
Then you should stop paying us. We don't lock anyone into long contracts. If you're not seeing value after the first quarter, we'll part ways professionally. No hard feelings. This only works if it actually helps your business.
